These Terms govern your use of Run Your Rig, operated by Trucking 101 LLC. By signing in or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts receive a 90-day free trial. After the trial, continued use of load-creation features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled from the in-app Subscription screen.
Don't abuse the service, no automated scraping, no reverse engineering, no using the rate-con parser on rate confirmations you aren't authorized to process. Don't send spam or fraudulent paperwork through our SES pipeline.
You own your load data. We take a limited license to process it in order to run the service (storage, OCR, email delivery, analytics). See our Privacy Policy for specifics.
The app is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it running and accurate, but don't warrant that every OCR extraction is perfect, that every email delivers, or that dwell math matches a broker's internal records. Always review before sending.
Either of us can terminate the relationship at any time. You can delete your account from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
