Getting help

For anything related to your Run Your Rig account, the iOS app, or the web dashboard, the fastest way to reach us is the contact form. Include your account email and a short description of what you're trying to do — we'll come back to you with the next step.

Your account

Run Your Rig is one account that works across our trucks-and-trailers platform. You sign in with the same credentials on the iOS app and on the web dashboard at app.runyourrig.com. If you can't sign in, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen or send us a note through the contact form and we'll help you back into your account.

Your subscription

Your Run Your Rig subscription is part of your Run Your Rig account. Account changes — updating your details, switching what you're on, or anything billing-related — are handled from your Run Your Rig account on the web dashboard, not from inside the iOS app.

If anything is unclear or you'd like a hand walking through it, message us through the contact form and we'll take care of it personally.

Using the iOS app

The app handles your loads, your check-ins, and your paperwork. Common questions:

  • Auto Check-In: turn it on from Me → Location & Automations. The app uses Apple's background-location service to check you in and out at each stop, even while the app is in your pocket. It's off by default; you can switch it off again any time.
  • Rate-con scan:tap the “+” on the Loads tab. The app reads the broker, stops, rate, and reference numbers from the rate confirmation and creates the load. If a broker's layout isn't recognized yet, send us a sample through the contact form and we'll add a profile that week.
  • Send paperwork:from a delivered load, tap “Send paperwork.” The app emails the BOL and invoice to the broker on your behalf, with your registered email as Reply-To so they pay you, not us.
